In this episode Richard Clarke and Dr Mark Daniels host a question and answer session, using the questions that have been sent in by you.
This podcast is very female orientated and there is a lot of information about hormones and the effect that they have on the female body.
The questions sent into this week show include; do you think there is a hormonal reason or imbalance which is causing bloating, tender breasts and PMS? From a lady who has a stressful job but has kept herself fit all her life (2:41), what is the best way to handle a really bad migraine or how can you avoid them altogether? (10:43) why do I get a migraine 4-8 hours after light exercise? (14:12) and also do you think a juicing diet would help with a lady who is starting menopause and has found she is gaining weight? (21:35)
Other things talked about on the show include PMS, bloating, progesterone, tender breasts and estrogen.
